DOG BOARDING:

Going away? Don’t leave your dog in a kennel. Call Coto and Toto. We will care for your dog in our cageless boarding facility. Your dog will play in Doggy Daycare during the day and sleep with the pack at night under the watchful supervision of our night staff. We have 2500 square feet of space for your dog to roam free. Our facility is tiled with anti-microbial technology an easily washable surface creating a clean and healthy environment. We provide beds, blankets, and cots. With 24 hour supervision you can be stress free knowing your dog is safe with us.

FOOD AND MEDICATIONS:

All Food and medications (if needed) for boarding must be provided by the owner. You can download our intake form at the bottom of this page or fill one out upon dropping off your dog. The intake form includes feeding and medication instructions.

DOG WALKING PICK UP/DROP OFF:

One of our dog walkers will walk your dog to and/or from Coco and Toto Store. Dog Pick Up/Drop Off Walking Service is available from 42nd Street up to 57th Street; Broadway to West Side Highway.

SCHEDULING PROCESS:

We require up to date vaccine records including rabies, bordatella, and DA2PP. Prior to boarding We require you to bring your dog in for an introduction to our pack of dogs. Your dog must get along with small, medium, and large dogs as we mix them all together. Your dog must not be aggressive or have an aggressive history. If your dog passes the introduction process we may require at least a half day of Doggy Daycare scheduled prior to boarding to assure your dog is comfortable at Coco and Toto. If Coco and Toto is a good match for your dog we ask that you sign up on our website. We will then create an online automated account for you which has the ability to schedule, cancel, invoice, and bill services.

Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM

BOARDING RATES:

$50.00 per night.
Each additional dog same household $30.00

New York State Sales Tax of 8.875% is added for Dog Boarding Services

DOG PICK UP/DROP OFF RATE: $15.00

HOLIDAY SURCHARGE:

A holiday surcharge of $15.00 will be applied to your boarding fee for the following holidays:

Labor Day
Columbus Day
Thanksgiving
Christmas

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel an appointment, call us (212) 956-5822 24 hours in advance so we may reschedule the time with someone else.

If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance or fail to keep an appointment, you are responsible for a Cancellation Fee equivalent to the regular daily rate of the service in question.
